A new support project I've started - think of it as a giant notepad.

My name is Andrew Noske, I'm currently 29, and working as a postdoctoral employee in image processing and neuro-science at the National Center for Microscopy and Imaging Research (NCMIR) at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). I completed my PhD in computer science, electron tomography and cellular biology at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience (IMB) at the University of Queensland (UQ) in Brisbane on receipt of an Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) scholarship and before that a computer science/IT degree with honours and a university medal at James Cook University (JCU) in Cairns, Australia. On this site I keep an interactive portfolio, list of references, a list of publications and you can find an up-to-date copy of my resume on the downloads page. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you should have any questions.

Kind Regards,

       Dr. Andrew Noske

Professional Objectives (taken from my resume)

To utilize all my current skills, particularly my creativity, as an employee in the computer industry or researcher in computational biology. To work smart, settle only for my personal best and take full advantage of any opportunities to learn new skills. I have a great interest in lecturing, but also want to expand my experience in research and industry.
