About

I moved to Indooroopilly (Brisbane) in 2004 and I'm no restaurant critic - far from it. Eating out was something my family only did on very special occasions.... but I had a girlfriend who I went with to quite a few restaurants, and it started to frustrate me that I always forgot the names and locations of restaurants I've been to.

When someone asked me what restaurants I'd recommend I kind of just go blank... I'd be lucky to think of more than three practical options, and even luckier if I could remember how to get there. :-)

I created this page to help me remember which restaurants I like and a quick reference I can load onto my mobile phone for quick access to the phone number and address of restaurants. Eating out makes a nice change from cooking and there are a LOT of good restaurants around Brisbane! Keep in mind, however, that I left Brisbane at the end of 2009, so a few of these restaurants may no longer exist, and I'm sure other great ones have popped up since I left as well!
