NOTE: This page is a daughter page of: Landmark
This page contains my personal notes form the Landmark Worldwide forums/seminars I've been to.
You're not supposed to take notes in the very first course for some reason... I guess because they would rather you focus entirely on the content without distraction, but a lot of that content is repeated in the ~10 week Landmark series. Most of my notes here are from that series.

Week 2: free constraints of a reasonable life
- Compare What Happened with your Story (two separate circles)... which are you retelling > the facts of what happened or your interpretation (the story) which might be holding you back.
- Example:
- The Story: "I was cheated on, he is a terrible person, but I can never trust men again and never find love".
- What Actually Happened: "Person X said they were unhappy with Person Y. Person X slept with person Z on this date. The next day they confessed the relationship ended".
