3D Computer Generated Art

3D Studio Max is a program I used at the end of grade eleven, drew these diagrams you see below you, and basically haven't touched it since then. I really enjoyed learning the program, and making these models, so maybe one day I'll have a chance to go back. Making models is pretty time-consuming, and animating them takes even longer! Working in 3D space is excellent though, and I think they should use haptic systems more, so that artists can sculpt images with virtual reality gloves, and make models faster. It's amazing how so many movies and kids cartoons these days are 3D - and they're looking more and impressive... I guess it's slowly becoming cheaper than the old fashion hand-drawn cartoons. The incredibles was one of my favourite movies! :-)
