Music - Mine< back
Below is some music I've made myself... not very good, but hey; I was
bored. (right click on link to save) |
|
The midi file I wrote using "Cakewalk" during high school - it actually takes a long time to compose midi files/scores, and this is the only one which survived a major hard drive crash I had many years ago. Since then I've installed automatic hard-drive backup systems.
An easier way to compose music is just to make a tune and sing it. It's a shame I can't sing.... but now I am learning guitar I thought screw it, and uploaded my first ever "guitar song". It's pretty amaturish, but hey, I've only just started teaching myself guitar, and it's not my fault I can't sing. I also made and a "chord tab" for it (the .txt file), in the same style as http://www.guitartabs.cc/, which is an awesome site to bookmark if you're learning guitar (as is http://www.powertabs.com/).

Oh yer, I play saxophone. Improvising is really fun, actually I wouldn't mind joining some sort of band in Brisbane, but I'm not sure what's out there. Above are some little bits of me playing which I've recorded (I've had to reduce the quality of some a fair bit).
One of my housemates is helping me learn guitar - I might upload some guitar music at some stage.
